How do I add my first terminal?
Open the app, go to TerminalsAdd Terminal, name it, choose the location, then follow the on-screen pairing steps.
Can we use both NFC and QR?
Yes. Employees can clock in using NFC or QR; terminals and passes support both methods.
How are organisations separated?
WorkClocking is multi-tenant. Data is isolated by organisation (Org ID), so employees, shifts, and clock-ins are not shared across businesses.
How do I export to payroll?
Use the payroll export in the app to generate period summaries and download CSVs that align with your processor.
Where can I change my billing details?
Org admins can update billing and see invoices in Settings → Billing within the app.
