Set your holiday policy, define who can approve or decline holiday requests, and confirm your payroll policy (pay settings, overtime rules and currency) so the rules match how you already work.
Add your sites or branches as locations, then create departments to reflect how your teams are structured. This makes reporting, approvals and permissions much easier later on.
Register each clocking device as a terminal by downloading the iOS or Android app. Choose QR or NFC, map terminals to locations, and you’re ready for staff to start clocking in and out.
Add shift templates for your working patterns, and set grace and rounding rules. Then create holiday leave types and other absence types such as sickness or unpaid leave so everything is tracked consistently.
Add your managers first so approval chains are in place, then add employees and assign their locations, departments and shift templates. Invite them to log in so they can book holidays and get notified of overtime and holiday approvals.
